Same Day Delivery

Same day deliveries must be received by 12pm GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery Days

Our delivery/collection service is available Tuesday - Saturday. In the event of a recipient not being in we will always leave the flowers in a safe place, such as a porch or with a neighbour. A card will be put through the recipient’s door to inform them of exactly where the flowers have been left.

Please note it is very helpful to have the recipient’s phone number in case of difficulty locating an address.

Delivery Charges

We deliver within Newark and the surrounding area, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout according to the recipient’s address. If the delivery address is out of our delivery area you will be made aware before checkout.

Click and Collect

Only orders placed before 12 noon will be available for same day collection or delivery. At very busy times the cut off time for same day collection/delivery may be earlier. In this case it is always best to call the shop with your order so that we may advise you.
